At Microbe’s Den, we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any products that you're not happy with. Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed back on to your credit card, bank transfer, or the replacement item will be sent out
Terms & Conditions:
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise can't be exchanged or refunded.
Returned items must be accompanied with an original Microbe’s Den sale receipt, have all original tags attached, and be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Any garments returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchasers expense - that is, the customer pays for the courier or postage back to Microbe’s Den.
Microbe’s Den will cover the cost of sending replacement items to the original purchaser. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.
If you are sending your parcel back to us, please send it via a tracked courier service. Microbe’s Den is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited.
Please send the item/s you wish to return within 14 days of purchase with a note stating your reason for the return and your invoice to:
